EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
This applies only to customers who have purchased a crux product direct from our on-line shop. If you purchased a product through one of our dealers, then please return it to the store and they will advise you and take care of the return. If the retailer is no longer in business or a crux dealer, then you may of course revert to us direct through our warranty procedure.
We exchange or refund all unused items with their original packaging and hangtags still attached. Please send the product back to us, along with your name and order reference number, to the address below. We strongly recommend that you return the item with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance – please note that this is at your cost.
Exchange items will be sent to you free of shipping charges. If there is a difference in value between a returned and replacement item, then you will be either charged or refunded accordingly. If we are unable to exchange or replace a product, then you will be refunded the full purchase value, less the delivery charge and credit card transaction fee (this varies with provider and is typically 2-3% of the transaction value).
Any item that is returned on the basis that is no longer required, then you will be refunded the full purchase value, less the delivery charge and credit card transaction fee.
If an incorrect item is sent, and we cannot supply the correct product, you will be refunded in full on return of the item.
